Key Activities:

• Curriculum Design:
   Developing industry-aligned, competency-based curricula using DACUM and functional analysis approaches.
• CBLM Development:
   Producing contextualized and inclusive learning materials in Bangla and English that support both trainers and learners.
• Training Needs Assessment (TNA):
   Conducting systematic assessments to identify skill gaps and emerging labor market needs across different sectors.
• Tracer Studies:
   Measuring employment outcomes, job satisfaction, and career progression of graduates to inform policy and institutional improvement.
